How do you stay Hopeful ?

Ever since God revealed to me that i’m a worrier and i don’t trust him completely, i always pray for grace to trust Him completely and on my part decided to make a conscious effort to start trusting Him.

Thankfully, I have made progress. I know this because I do not worry as much as before and I always have expectations when I pray.

Reminder (Definition) – a written or spoken message that reminds someone to do something.

If you are hopeful about something, you are optimistic. God wants us to always  stay hopeful in Him and His word. This is one way we overcome the devil.

Hope does not disappoint and trusting in God gives us hope.

So how do you stay hopeful? Set reminders everywhere, about what Gods word says!

Places or things  you know you look at or go to at least ten times everyday. It could be your laptop or phone lock screen or background, your dressing mirror, room poster or wall paper,  your wardrobe, desk at work or in school, your display or profile picture or cover page on social media.

Yesterday afternoon, I started worrying about something I had no control over. As I was about to unlock my phone I saw my lock screen;

Philippians 1:6 – He will finish what he started”

This gave me peace and inspired this post.

  1. Inspiration indeed. I grew up in a Christian home, but I have strayed away from God. Maybe this article is probably God talking to me.

  2. Reblogged this on Phenomenal Woman. and commented:

    I was going through the journal category on my blog and stumbled on this post. Beautiful thing is, it is a reminder because right now, I need to not worry about things I’m trusting God for. I hope this helps you too.
