The way you think about your circumstances is what brings you down.
Proverbs 3:5-7 tells us the best way to deal with circumstances.
“Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. [Prov. 8:13.]” – Proverbs 3:5-7 AMP
As long as you are worrying and anxious and trying to figure things out you are not completely trusting God.
Don’t sit around and rotate your mind around your problems. Ask God in faith that if there is something you want to show me here then show me.
We should pray and trust God. Yes it’s easier to say than to do. You might really want to do it but can’t .
We are not smart enough to run our own lives. We need to realise God upholds everything in the universe. He said everything should stay as they are and they are still staying.
God has provided a way for us to not have to be stressed all the time by simply trusting him.
“For we who have believed (adhered to and trusted in and relied on God) do enter that rest, in accordance with His declaration that those [who did not believe] should not enter when He said, As I swore in My wrath, They shall not enter My rest; and this He said although [His] works had been completed and prepared [and waiting for all who would believe] from the foundation of the world. [Ps. 95:11.]” – Hebrews 4:3 AMP
Believing has to do with faith but it also has to do with our thinking. On purpose we can think that no matter how things are in our lives we believe God is working.
Pray, keep a good attitude (staying patient), stay in faith and wait till we see the manifestation.
Don’t let the devil fill your head with doubts and lies. Speak out when the thoughts come.
Trusting God is the greatest stress reliever in the world. You cannot overdoes on this medicine. The side effects are joy, peace. Righteousness.
Worry is a result of wrong thinking. He knew about your problem before you got it and he has a plan for your breakthrough. You were surprised but he wasn’t. You don’t have to be miserable while you are in the waiting process.
Our journey with God really changes us as we pass time. We learn that it’s pointless to worry about what we can’t do anything about.
Negative and ungodly thoughts drain our energy.
Most of our energy comes from what’s going on inside of us.
How much energy have you wasted being jealous and angry?
If what you’re doing is not working stop doing it.
Energy draining thoughts:
Excessive thinking. Suspicion, bitterness, resentfulnes.
You might not be eating right but most times it comes from our unshaded
Energy producing thoughts:
Improve your thinking, have a good attitude, be thankful for the good things that are going on.
“Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]” – John 14:27 AMP
Pray to God to give you the good sense to use the peace that he has already given to you.
Read Philippians 4:6-7 and Psalm 37:1-2.
Keep doing what you know is right. Don’t get upset by what is happening around you. Be intentional about speaking Gods word into your life and having happy thought.
Work your schedule around God. Don’t try to work Him into your schedule. Give God first priority in your life.
You can have power in your life by the way you think or weaken yourself by the way you think.
The bible tells us to bring down every wrong thought.
There are scriptures all over the bible about the Mind.
Romans 12:2. Learning how to think the way God thinks.
