Someone asked me yesterday, “Biola, I’ve noticed you’ve been reading the Bible a lot. What are you going through right now or why have you been doing this?”.
I realized i worried A LOT so I asked God to help me. I learned that if I kept studying the Word of God, I could push away negative thoughts. As I practiced this and saw results, God’s Word became valuable to me. Thankfully, I’ve been able to make this a daily habit and I’m grateful to God for this.
Sometimes, I still get worried but I’m able to attack those thoughts with the truth (God’s Word).
If you worry A LOT or have thought to yourself, “why do I worry so much?”. You can try doing this. It works!
