You need to understand so you don’t struggle

My uncle sends me his daily devotional every morning. Yesterday’s word strengthened me and I thought to share.

When you understand where you truly belong, you won’t find it difficult to stay away from places and groups you do not belong to. When you understand your assignment and destiny with clarity, you won’t struggle to say no to things that are contraindicated in your mission. When you understand where God is taking you to, you won’t struggle to stay on course.

1 Corinthians 10: 23 says: “All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.”

Declare With Me: My eyes are on God’s will for me, in Jesus’ name!
