Have you ever had to make a decision about something big and after praying about it you feel at peace and much later on you become confused and begin to have doubts about your decision which leaves you almost depressed or unsettled.
Have you ? Have you ?
It just struck me now that sometimes when I get confused about something or a decision i took after having prayed and felt at peace its either because;
1. My eyes are no longer fixed on my helper and counsellor (The Holy Spirit) because I started considering advice from people and depending on them.
2. I’ve meddled in sin and it has broken my communication with the Holy Spirit.
3. I forget God helped me in making the decision and begin to do things in my own strength.
4. At the point when I prayed because of how much I really wanted my prayers to be answered I chose not to be sure it was His perfect will.
You might relate to any of the four options if not all. If right now you’re confused about something re read the four options and be honest with yourself which one you fall in.
God still really wants to help us with our decisions and even get us out of bad decisions we have made if only we can just involve him in our daily lives, totally trust him to come through for us and live a lifestyle of worship and holiness.
