Since the pandemic started, I’ve been learning how to hear from God – knowing how He speaks to me (trusting my first thoughts, through dreams & through His word).
I’ve also been building my faith through word study, praying in tongues, making confessions from the word but most importantly, putting to practice everything I’m learning.
I understand now that revelation progresses and if I’m sincerely looking for God I’ll know I haven’t arrived – human wisdom can make me think I have.
I love that I’m seeing results as I step out in faith, applying the knowledge I’ve gained. This has made me understand God in a different way and truly Faith pleases Him!
Don’t just desire knowledge. Desire the giver of the knowledge. Don’t be satisfied with just knowing how to really enjoy your life as a Christian and seeing results from applying that knowledge.
Seek to know The One who gives you knowledge.
“I long to drink of you, O God, drinking deeply from the streams of pleasure flowing from your presence. My longings overwhelm me for more of you! My soul thirsts, pants, and longs for the living God. I want to come and see the face of God.”
Psalms 42:1-2 TPT
“God of Heaven’s Armies, you find so much beauty in your people! They’re like lovely sanctuaries of your presence. Deep within me are these lovesick longings, desires and daydreams of living in union with you. When I’m near you my heart and my soul will sing and worship with my joyful songs of you, my true source and spring of life!”
Psalms 84:1-2 TPT
