The challenge is not the need of more faith, but to know how it works.
Ignorance destroys faith. As believers, we all have faith. So instead of praying for more faith, we need to know we have it. We need to know what to do with the faith that we have.
When we know what to do with the faith that we have, it will grow and expand, and get stronger.
Faith has a time. It is present tense. Faith is now. All the promises of God are now.
1 Peter 2:24 “He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed.”
Matthew 8:17 “This fulfilled the word of the Lord through the prophet Isaiah, who said, “He took our sicknesses and removed our diseases.””
The words in bold are in past tense. They have already happened, so we are to take the promises and see them in present tense.
We are to believe and say we are healed not “we are going to be healed“. Going is future tense and faith is now!
In the natural, Satan might be trying to put something on us but our response to that should be what God says so that Gods power can be released on our behalf.
